Since 2012, Anchor Health Capital (formerly Chestnut Funds) has invested in healthcare real estate through seven commingled funds, as well as direct and co‑investment opportunities.

Anchor Health Properties, a national healthcare real estate development, management, and investment firm founded in 1985, has long been a strategic partner. In 2026, the two organizations came together to form a vertically integrated healthcare real estate platform—uniting fund management with development, acquisition, and operational capabilities.
