Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, Ben is the CEO of Anchor Health Properties, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare real estate investment, development, and management. He also serves as a Director and active Investment Committee member of Anchor Health Capital.

As President of Brinkman Management & Development, he institutionalized and expanded the firm before leading its 2015 merger with Anchor Health Properties. Since then, he has helped grow Anchor nationally, diversifying its capabilities and launching its acquisitions and investment platform. Under his leadership, Anchor has completed over $3B in investments and formed partnerships with major institutional investors.

Ben holds a BBA from James Madison University, is a CPM designee, and a licensed Principal Broker in Virginia.
