Kurt joined Anchor Health Capital (formerly known as Chestnut Funds) in 2023, bringing decades of industry experience to his role at the helm of the Anchor investment team.

Prior to joining Anchor, Kurt was with Wright Partners, where he led acquisitions and leasing activity for the development of healthcare and retail assets. Prior to this, he spent a decade leading the healthcare real estate development platform for Anchor Health Properties, before its acquisition of Chestnut Funds. His experience also includes division management and overseeing development for a national homebuilder. Kurt spearheads Anchor’s acquisition and asset management activity.

Kurt earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Drexel University.
