Ryan joined Anchor Health Capital in 2026 as part of the Capital Formation team, where she supports the firm’s fundraising and investor engagement efforts.

Prior to joining Anchor, Ryan was with Clear Street, a financial technology and prime brokerage firm, where she served on the Capital Introduction team in New York. Before that, she began her career at VanEck, a global investment management firm, on the ETF Capital Markets desk. Her experience spans capital markets, investor relations, and institutional relationship management.

Based in Dallas, Ryan focuses on expanding Anchor’s investor relationships across Texas and supporting the firm’s broader capital formation strategy.

Ryan earned a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University, with a focus on political economy.
