Jake Robbins serves as Executive Vice President, Portfolio Strategy & Partner of Anchor Health Properties and is also a Director and Investment Committee Member of Anchor Health Capital. He is based in the firm’s Charlottesville, VA, office.

Jake has been a key member of the asset management team, having primary responsibility for the financial management of Anchor’s healthcare real estate. In addition to his financial management responsibilities, Jake also plays a key role in the underwriting and valuation of healthcare real estate for acquisition, disposition, and development.

Jake obtained his BBA from James Madison University.
