Hailey joined Anchor Health Capital (formerly known as Chestnut Funds) in 2014 and has assisted in the formation and management of five funds. In her role, she manages investor communication and investment services, in addition to working with the funds' general partners on fundraising activities, capital management and marketing.

Prior to joining Anchor, Hailey served in the Peace Corps as a Health and Environmental Education Volunteer in Senegal, West Africa from 2011-2013. Her work there primarily focused on girls education, malaria, and clean water and sanitation initiatives.

Hailey received a BS in Marketing and a minor in Art History from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
